"If the competitive issue at hand (…) arises in relation to product A, this product should form the starting point for the SSNIP test. The question is then whether a hypothetical monopolist of A would impose a SSNIP; if the answer is no, product B (assuming that this is the closest substitute for A) should be included in the market.
