“ [Persoon B2] : (…) As we had the split of the 600,000 euros amongst the German millers, we had to somehow allocate some of the equipment to the companies in question. And this was done with these handwritten notes. I do not recall whether we had contacts with the other German millers, asking them: do you have an interest in this and that equipment? Which then would have called the question: is that equipment there yes or no? For us it was an instrument to split up the 600,000 euros and find something which we could put on the respective invoices which we would send to the companies in question.”
