1. The undersigned Principal does hereby appoint L Limited, or its successor or assigns to act as the Principals Agent, record owner and nominee for the execution on behalf of the Principal of investment transactions and in particular of orders on Stock-, Stockoptions- & Commodity Exchanges. The Agent asccepts to arrange the safe custody of the assets determined in article 2 of this Agreement.
