The Habitat catalogue is an essential part of the Habitat System. Thus, Franchisee undertakes to distribute the Habitat catalogue in the Territory as specified by Franchisor and Franchisee shall thus carry-out, at its own cost and expense, all the steps necessary, if need be, to the translation of said catalogues in its national language(s) and to the indication of its retail prices. Franchisee shall supply or have its Authorized Suppliers supply Franchisee with the Habitat catalogues, which shall be invoiced separately to Franchisee.
