For the services provided by consultant under this Agreement, consultant will be remunerated with 25% of the net booked commission income (total generated commission) that CRB will derive from accounts introduced by consultant as from December 1st 2007 onwards and for the duration of this contract. The commission will be paid within 30 days after receipt of the booked commission income by CRB. The obligation to pay said remuneration will continue as long the account remains part of CRB's portfolio and as long as the consultant remains involved as consultant.
