We attach a copy of a Declaration of Nathan Teuscher, Ph.D., as well as a summary of an in vivo study that has been performed focusing on compound 22J. The Declaration discusses the set of pharmacological properties of 22J and compares that set of properties to the known calcimimetic drug R-568, which is disclosed in Dl (figure 35j) and reproduced below. The Declaration explains that 22J not only has markedly superior agonist potency compared to R-568, it also has other very desirable properties, such as a desirable metabolic route and a desirable slow rate of metabolic clearance.
