Alinea 19 Hoge Raad 20 november 2001

Een alinea uit Hoge Raad 20 november 2001, ECLI:NL:HR:2001:AD4290.

"(...)[de opgeëiste persoon] was clearly predisposed to commit the illegal acts with which he was charged. Specifically, [de opgeëiste persoon]'s predisposition is evidenced by his having been engaged in drug activity with another drug suspect prior to the contact by a confidential informant, as confirmed by his own statement to the police following his arrest. As [de opgeëiste persoon] was in no way influenced by an employee of the United States or any persons acting at the direction of officers thereof, there can be no legitimate claim that he was "incited" to commit crimes by anyone under the supervision of law enforcement authorities."
