It is possible that from the distance from the car to the entrance of Francis Bar that people could've seen me with the gun in my hand. [betrokkene 1] walked up to me and took the gun from my hands. I just let it loose and he took it. He disappeared. I heard gunshot by a glass shattering. That gunshot was followed with two to three more shots. To what I saw, it was that [betrokkene 1] was in the middle of the road shooting at a dark colored car. At this same point, I saw that this car reversed and hit up in a drive way of a building on the other side of the road. I saw then that this car came to a full stop. I saw people running and screaming everywhere. [betrokkene 1] hit another guy with the butt of the gun he was holding. I saw that he hit this guy several times to the head. I saw [betrokkene 1] hit the guy on the head and when the guy fell to the floor, [betrokkene 1] continued hitting the guy to the head."
