On the 20th of April [L] called me on my cell phone and told me the following: “We got to roll, it ain’t nothing to talk about. I’m outside”. With that statement I knew that he meant that we had to go and look for [B]. I got in the car with [L]. I saw that he had a 9mm glock between the center console and the hand brakes of his car. He was driving his blue Ford Fusion. [verdachte] told us that he got information about the exact location where [B] was staying. [verdachte] said that [B] was staying by [z]’s house, the man who is missing a part of his right hand in Middle Region and that [B] is hanging out by the Supermarket in French Quarter. [verdachte] told [L] to call him if he saw [B]. We drove to Middle Region via the A.Th. Illidgeroad. In Middle Region [L] asked me to show him the house that belongs to [z]. I showed him the house. [L] drove by real slow checking. We then drove through Dutch Quarter to go and check the Supermarket in French Quarter. After that we drove to Kimoy in French Quarter. While chilling by Kimoy, [L] got a message on his BB. I think it was from [verdachte]. [L] told me that his cousin and them got [B]. [L] then called [verdachte]. I heard [L] say that if he was there he would not have missed. About the conversation between him and [verdachte] [L] told me that [R] was the driver of the silver jeep and that [verdachte] sat in the back passenger seat. He told me that [verdachte] got out and fired at [B] with AR-15 in Dutch Quarter after [B]. [L] told me that [B] got shot in the chest area, but he was wearing a bullet proof vest. [B] fell to ground and got up and ran away. [L] told me that [verdachte] try firing the gun again but it jammed. A next unknown man fired shots back at [verdachte]. He further told me that [R] fired shots from inside the jeep at the unknown man. [L] told me that the shot that [R] fired hit the man in his leg.
