10. The other document is the Act of Court. This is a formal court document stating the orders the Court has made. It is invariably much briefer than the reasoned judgment. While it may contain a preamble to set the context, it is a formal document which records the orders the court made, without giving the reasons. It is the orders set out in the Act of Court which must then be obeyed, and which can be enforced if they are not.
