31. The Royal Court does not require worldwide freezing orders to be in exactly the same form required in England. The Royal Court's template freezing order does not include a requirement that applicants give an undertaking not to enforce the freezing order in foreign courts without the permission of the court, and no such undertaking was included among the undertakings on page 1 of the WWFDO in this case.
