19. I dealt with the first three certificates in the First Opinion. Since then, a Fourth certificate has been issued dealing with amounts paid by BNP to Cristiana or to Ocorian pursuant to the First Act of Court, and which orders they related to. I attach the Fourth Certificate dated 13 March 2019, and I also attach a letter from the Master of the Royal Court dated 28 October 2018, to this Opinion. (The Master is a judge who deals with matters of a procedural nature such as case management and interlocutory applications.) As the court has certified that those sums have been paid pursuant to the various orders stated, those are sums which Mme [Appellante] is now specifically required to pay to BNP Jersey pursuant to the Indemnity Order.
