In the already removed article under the heading "Online Curaçao gambling company refuses to pay fine", that was published on the 3rd of February 2021, I, [appellante], investigative journalist, wrongly stated that Cyberluck managed by its director, [geïntimeerde 1], has committed illegal acts by issuing so-called sub licenses for the provision of games of chance in Curaçao. This statement is factually incorrect and therefore misleading. The practice of sublicensing is at present not prohibited. I recommend that other media include this rectification in their publications.
