Alinea 17 Parket bij de Hoge Raad 22 mei 2001
Een alinea uit Parket bij de Hoge Raad 22 mei 2001, ECLI:NL:PHR:2001:AB1763.
"The Commission finds that the terms in which the Court of Appeal couched its reasoning concerning the sentence were ambiguous and belied the fact that the first applicant was not convicted of any other offences. The wording used created the impression that although the Court of Appeal could not technically convict the first applicant (Zegwaard, NJ) of having ordered or having been in charge of the commission of other offences within the meaning of Section 51 para. 2 of the Criminal Code, it nevertheless regarded him as guilty." (par. 45)
