‘60. (…) The Court has found on numerous occasions that proceedings concerning the establishment of or challenge against paternity concerned that man’s private life under Article 8, which encompasses important aspects of one’s personal identity (…). The Court does not discern any reason to hold otherwise in the present case. The decision to reject the applicant’s request to legally establish his paternity of R. thus interfered with his right to respect for his private life.
