Several employees witnessed that the nose of the female colleague was bleeding. Furthermore, it was established that after this incident you threatened the female colleague by sending her a message through another colleague stating that if your necklace was not found “she would be in a bigger trouble”. None of the employees that were heard regarding this matter witnessed that you were being choked by the female colleague in question. On the contrary, from our conversation with other employees we established that you were the one attacking the female employee by pushing her and kicking her while she was on the floor, which aggressive behaviour is unacceptable.”
