(2,436,465 shares), Mallowdale Corporation N.V. (2,436,465 shares) and Baystar Capital L.P. (10,025,570 shares). Provided certain conditions are met, Kalexer II B.V.is entitled to share the profits made by Baystar on any subsequent resales of the shares.
