According to the Russian procedural law the enforcement of MKAS Award [het arbitraal vonnis, rb] has been suspended by a competent Russian state arbitrazh (commercial) court. Due to Art. 240(3) and (4) of the Arbitrazh (Commercial) Procedural Code of Russian Federation MKAS Award in this situation is devoid of binding status and res judicata effect.
