Our Board of Directors is concerned about having the Bank of China facility in place for the FORTE pre-delivery financing. They are nervous about the current banking climate and want to be certain that Bank of China will make the floatation payment to GSI in September. They have stipulated Fairstar cannot make the 2 million payment prior to Bank of China making the 30 million payment to GSI. They are being very conservative and want to make sure we have made our payment for the FORTE before making the payment for the FATHOM. I have sent an email to [naam 12] about the Bank of China documentation and will wait to hear a response. We do not have a problem with making the 20 million payment in November assuming the FORTE payment has been made in September. I would suggest we make the FORTE floatation payment and the FATHOM 2 million payment at the same time. Please let me know what you think.”.
