My strong recommendation is to conclude the discussions with GSI that we started in Houston about clarifying the Termination Fee for the FATHOM Contract. This is the most safe option for GSI because it gives them safety against their costs. I think the best way to clarify the discussion is to agree on three things, first of all the timing of the next Contract Payment as well as the amount. Next is the Termination Fee amount.
