The Subscriber shall undertake to subscribe all shares C up to an amount of EUR 1,000,000 per month in the period from the 1st of June 2015 until and including the 31st of December 2015. From the 1st of January 2016 until and including the 30th of April 2017, the Subscriber shall undertake to subscribe all shares C up to an amount of EUR 2,000,000 per month. If the Subscriber does not fulfil these obligations in the full amount, then the Guarantors shall jointly subscribe all shares C up to the respective amounts mentioned above. These obligations only apply after the 1st of June 2015 until one of the following date or events occur, after which it ceases to exist: (i) after the 30th of April 2017 or (ii) the Issuer is liquidated or (iii) the Issuer loses its banking license.
