[0020] The medicaments according to the present invention are directed to the treatment of inflammatory autoimmune diseases. The term "inflammatory autoimmune disease" encompasses all inflammatory autoimmune diseases which can reasonably be treated with methotrexate. Examples of inflammatory autoimmune diseases which can be treated with the medicament according to the present invention include rheumatoid arthritis, juvenile arthritides, vasculitides, collagenoses, Crohn's disease, colitis ulcerosa, bronchial asthma, Alzheimer's disease, multiple sclerosis, Bechterew's disease, joint arthroses or psoriasis, as well as psoriasis arthritis and in particular plaque-type psoriasis vulgaris. The medicaments of the present invention are especially preferred for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, including juvenile arthritides, such as specifically the oligoarthritic and polyarthritic forms of juvenile arthritis.
