Each Obligor shall permit and the Guarantor shall procure that Multiplan Design & Development S.à r.i. and Multiplan Design & Build I S.à r.i. shall permit, the Lender, upon giving reasonable notice, itself or its duly authorised employees or professional advisers, the right to inspect the Property and the books and records (including, but not limited to, the bank account statements) of that Obligor, Multiplan Design & Development S.à r.i. and Multiplan Design & Build I S.à r.i. (including, for the avoidance of doubt, but not limited to, obtaining copies of such books and records) and to interview any directors, officers and employees of that Obligor, Multiplan Design & Development S.à r.i. and/or Multiplan Design & Build I S.à r.i. engaged in the management directly or indirectly of the Property provided that the Lender or its duly authorised employees or professional advisers, as the case may be, shall preserve the confidentiality and shall not disclose to any person any information obtained as a result thereof.”
